Lego 60454 Holiday Camper Van

Up for review today is LEGO City Holiday Camper Van. This is pretty much an updated and enhanced version of the previously released Holiday Camper Van from several years ago (which itself was an improvement on LEGO 7639) This one has more pieces, is larger, and better.

This is one of my favorite new sets, and it can be put together by young children. There isn't anything particulalry tough about the build, but it is well thought out, and uses some fun techniques.

For example, the guitar piece is one of my favorite LEGO pieces. The fire build is simple and elegant. The moonroof, multiple swinging doors, and the interior attention to detail stand out. It's also very solid once built.

For a low price set, this one is worth every penny.

Maybe you should buy this set and take it with you on your vacation. It could keep the kids occupied.
